The joy of living

So, you get up in the morning, you’re creating your life, and you’re feeling happy. But then, all of the sudden, your happiness is gone.

In that moment, what have you made more valuable to you than the joy of living and that sense of happiness that is you?

What if you were happy regardless of what you were choosing? So, everything that brought up for you, times a godzillion, will you destroy and uncreate it? Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, POD and POC, All 9, Shorts, Boys and Beyonds. (TheClearingStatement.com)

More significant than happiness

Usually it’s the things in life that that we’ve made more significant than our happiness.

How many of you have been having a happy day and then think of a limitation and give up your happiness? What have you made so vital, valuable and real about the significant aspects of life that create them as more real than the choice of happiness?

And everything that that is, times a godzillion, will you destroy and uncreate it? Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, POD and POC, All 9, Shorts, Boys and Beyonds.

Is it money? Family? A relationship? Your body? Your health? Often times it’s the things you’ve decided you can’t change.

Happiness is a choice

As soon as something comes up that you’ve decided is wrong or that you’ve decided is not right, do you give up your happiness?

But why wouldn’t you just choose happiness always, no matter what you’re choosing?

What have you decided is so wrong that you would give up your happiness for it? And what have you decided that you can’t get right that you would give up your happiness for it?

You have to become aware of something before you can change it. Recognize that happiness is a choice, just like everything else. What if giving happiness up for a moment was just as easy as choosing it again?

What if happiness was your most valuable choice rather than everything you’ve decided is wrong with you?

What have you decided is unchangeable?

What’s that one thing that you’ve decided is unchangeable, that is actually changeable, that if you allowed it to change, would give you the allowance of you to see that it’s just a choice?

In this place where you think this thing is unchangeable, do you actually desire to change it? Or is the significance of it some definition that you have of you?

If you look at the things in your life that you’ve decided are unchangeable, how many fixed points of view do you have in place that don’t allow it to change?

Happier than everybody else

Where have you decided that you can’t be happier than everybody else? How many of you keep a lid on your happiness so as not to offend others with it?

Have you ever been happy when someone you care about wasn’t happy? Did you keep being happy or did you give up your happiness to make them more comfortable?

Notice that when you’re choosing more and getting that sense of you, and when you connect or interact with someone who is not willing to have that space, how much do you make their choice to not have that space more valuable than your willingness to be it?

Whose realities have you made more valuable than yours? How much do you try to match their reality rather than try to invite them to yours?

What would be joyful for you to choose today?
